I decided to take advantage of the free blog that wordpress.com gives us and created a Technology News blog for my district. Hopefully this will be a great way for me to convey news to staff about new technology projects we are working on and also give information pertinent to staff needs and interests.
Hopefully this will eliminate some of the issues of bad communication between myself and staff. Obviously this will not eliminate all issues, but I don’t think it will hurt.
