This weekend resulted in me eating everything in sight. It wouldn’t surprise me if I ended up gaining 5 lbs because of it.
I do need to consider that my weekend eating habits truly cannot afford to be unattended as they have been if I want to continue seeing success in my weight loss goals.
What is my goal?
I know my goal should be to eat within my regular alloted points 7 days a week, but I don’t see that as a realistic goal.
As a result my goal for this next weekend is to eat within my alloted points on Saturday. This should reduce the ill affects I’ve been seeing at the scale considerably.
Treat it as a reward
I consider unattended eating on the weekends as a reward for good behavior during the week. Something I work for during the week, so I can’t and probably shouldn’t eliminate it alltogether. I will, however, need to run at least once on the weekends as well.
So the plan this week is to eat right Saturday and go for a run at least once either Saturday or Sunday.
